Ms. Bailey became a member of the ESCIL’s family 10 years ago in February 2012. Ms. Bailey strives to ensure ALL consumers remain at home within their own communities, surrounded by loved ones, while maintaining their own independence. Ms. Bailey also works very closely with the Executive Director, Ms. Althea Pitman.
