Doreen Capers have been employed over 17 years at the Eastern Shore Center For Independent Living as an Independent Living Advocate and a Consumer-Directed Service Facilitator. Doreen deliberately focus on short term and long-term goals for participants who are accepted in the Eastern Shore Center For Independent Living Programs. It is very rewarding getting to know individuals and working with them to assess resources that allow them to move toward accomplishing their goals; helping to live a more independent and productive lifestyle within their homes and communities.
